FRASER STYLE PIZZA

                     On mother's day my Dad and I felt like eating pizza and we wanted it to be good. So we made it from scratch. First we had to make the dough we had to put some.

             . 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant dry active yeast

             . 1 cup of warm water not hot 

             . 1/2 tablespoons of sugar 

             . 3 cups of bread flour

             . 2 tablespoons of olive oil

             . 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

    Then mix once mixed leave for 20 minutes then put the dough in a large oiled bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel then put in a warm space for 2 hours till the dough doubles in size. Punch down the dough and divide into two bowls then place in a big plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

                                           The sauce

                           . 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can of diced tomatoes with juice

                          . 1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste 

                         . 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

                        . 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil ( or 2 t. dried)

                       . 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

                      . 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar

                     . 1/2 - 1 teaspoons minced garlic

                    . 3/4 teaspoons salt


     Then mix in a blender. Use immediately or store in a air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
